With this enhancement, we lost two thirds of our boarding capacity. – Can you image your favorite hotel tripling the size of its rooms and losing two thirds of them in the process? But the result was worth the loss in revenue (we left our prices the same). The level of relaxation and comfort was greatly improved with this change.
